Terms & Conditions – 399jl Platform Rules

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 399jl, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed 399jl account.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion on 399jl or any affiliated platform.
• You have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. This information is collected for identity verification and KYC purposes. 399jl reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the accuracy of any information provided. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2 Account Management

Each registered player is permitted to hold one 399jl account only. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and any account settings changes. 399jl is not liable for losses resulting from shared access or compromised login credentials.

You are required to keep your contact details up to date. If your mobile number or email address changes, update your account information promptly. 399jl uses your registered mobile number for OTP verification and security notifications – an outdated number may delay account access or withdrawal processing.

Players who wish to close their account permanently may do so by contacting 399jl support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 399jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform currently accepts deposits via:

• GCash (Philippine e-wallet)
• Maya (Philippine e-wallet)
• Philippine online banking and bank transfer

Credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for gaming deposits or withdrawals on 399jl.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and network conditions. If a deposit is not reflected within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

9 Limitation of Liability
